  • Requests are transmitted having a certain priority level. Urgent requests are treated prior to the others.
  • One or more responsible persons can be designated to each project (client), everyone having a certain role.

  • Requests can have different status: new request, in process, pending or completed. When passing from a status to another, all people involved are notified by email.
  • When receiving a task, the project manager can register the estimated time for resolving the request.
  • For each project (client) or request the estimated time and the time actually spent can be highlighted.
