3. Structure

Tickets booking and purchasing module is used by the clients and allows online access to events chart, allows choosing the desired seats (limited to a maximum number set by the admin) and their reservation. The customer will be notified by email about the event date, time or place and the validity of the reservation.

bcTickets can be extended to allow online credit card payment, using the e-payment service chosen by the beneficiary. Also, the system can be easily integrated with the beneficiary’s site so that each event presented on the site has its own reservation link.

Cashier module allows managing the tickets sale in box offices equipped with computer, printer and Internet connection. The cashier can make reservations and issue new tickets or tickets for seats already booked online.

The system allows installation of a customer-oriented extra monitor at each box office, in order to allow easy communication with the client over the choice of seats. Also, the management of a list of subscribers is possible so as a reservation is made automatically to all events on the same seats.

The cashier can issue sales reports for a day, a month or on a particular show, including sold tickets settlement slips.

Management module allows managing data stored in the system and its operating parameters. For each event it can be specified whether it is part of a season and one can enter specific information: name, date and time of reservation validity and price categories.

The system also allows management of available seats by marking the unavailable seats at a certain time and changing some general operating parameters of such as reservation validity time, number of seats limit, notifications or information displayed on tickets. One can create multiple user accounts for system administrator or cashier and can generate various sales reports.
